How To Lose Weight Fast Tips for Quick & Very Easy Weight Loss, No Exercises, No Gym, No hard work just a few tips that will help you for sure to lose weight a lot!
First of all don't use any white powder like sugar, and of course no pills! Any kind of sweets are totally prohibited.
Including the alcohol is banned may be is hard to believe but, after a few hours simply turn into sugar in your body!

I don't believe that exist fat people and skinny people. I believe that is people that have some habits who make them fat or skinny! So please see my tips to become skinny.

Let's start with my first tip:

Lot of fat people don't drink simple water for months and the say it will take the water from coffee, juice, and cola! Wow, please just think a little and realize what effort your body make to transform cola or coffee in pure water!?
The water helps you process all you eat and helps you to have a very god organs functions!
If you don't know our body is 90 % water!!!

OK, a can understand that some food is very hard to eat without bread but if you just try a few times you will see that is just a matter of mind conception.
If you like so much please don't eat with other food est just simple bread but if you want god result you must pass away!

This kind of food is very rich in carbohydrates the one responsible for fat on your body!
if you really want a piece just keeps meat and throw away the rest! Avoid al the foods fried in oil!

You stay late night to see a movie or to study and before you go to sleep you eat, this is the most bad habit of fat people! If you are very hungry and you can't pass this meal eat fruits!

Many fat people eat eat once or twice a day and this is no god for your body, you must eat 5 a day but eat the god thing for you not the bad one!

The biggest mistake to start lose weight is to start running or to go at the Gym! OK, this things are very god for people that have to lose few kilos but for one that have to lose more than that please take a walk with quick steps or up and down stairs
This are god for people who must lose weight fast because walking with quick steps and stairs will reach you heart beat rate around 120 beat per minute and here the body start to lose weight fast!
Our body have different systems of protection so to start lose weight fast you must know how to do it that the body will let you to do it!

If you take all my tips and make a way of living I guarantee that you will lose weight fast and healthy.
After my opinion is not so very hard to lose weight fast is very hard to keep the good weight for long, long time and this can be made only if you change the way of life.
