Kim is using the Atkins 40 plan to lose weight. People on this diet eat 40 grams of Net Carbs per day. (Atkins defines Net Carbs as total carbohydrates minus fiber content and sugar alcohols). Fifteen grams of those Net Carbs should come from vegetables. The rest of the daily diet includes three servings (four to six ounces each) of protein and two to four servings (one tablespoon each) of added fats.
"Kim is staying on track with her weight loss progress and taking it day by day," a source told E! News earlier this month. "She is very busy with Saint and North [West] in between of taking care of herself and being a wife. Running around with the kids definitely helps with shedding some weight, and she has been working out and eating healthy. She still eats things that may not be the best for her but does everything in moderation."

I don't believe that Kim was take only diet! The amount of kilo was to much in such a short period of time!
Yes is truth, she take Atkins diet and I believe her because a keep this diet to and it have this results if you keep it like the book!
I was hear that she make some medical interventions so the story with the diet was only for press!
It's truth about the medical treatment on Kim case! But it's all of everything you talk about here! When you have the money you go at Remodeling Clinic an there have the right solution for you! If you don't have the money, you go at the Gym, you eat a lot of fruit no carb and in a few month you will look the same! It's relay no secret!
Depend that how much you must loss! I think that it's all about! If you have to loss 5-10 kg go on diet and Gym if you have to lose more then 10 kg go to doctor!
